This treatment uses deep pressure and slow strokes to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and connective tissue.

The hour is generally focused on the back, neck and shoulders but can be altered to suit clients needs.

1.5 hour Deep Tissue Massage This treatment focuses on the whole body although again if a client needs more site specific treatment this can be altered.
